Goodwill chic?

so today I went to the goodwill with my bff...she is sooo extra btw. I wanted her to try on clothes but she wouldn't so here is my ensemble I put together...it's a bit tacky but I kinda like it...

yeah...an utter mess 

what I wore

I like balanced ensembles. If I have on a shorter & tighter bottom, I want a looser top and vice versa. As seen here!
